Analytics and exports

Analytics are calculated in-house from accepted submissions, rejected outcomes, lead status activity, and webhook attempts. FormRoost does not send lead content to a third-party analytics or search service.

The dashboard reports hourly and daily submission trends, spam and rejection counts, project/form/environment breakdowns, lead-status counts, status-change timing, webhook success and latency, and referrer/UTM source when those values were explicitly supplied. It does not claim page-view conversion because FormRoost does not install view tracking.

Selected top-level fields can be aggregated only when the account owner requests that field. High-cardinality values are bounded in the response.

Exports use the same explicit inbox selection or filters the user can see. CSV is optimized for spreadsheets; NDJSON is the lossless nested format. Large exports run asynchronously, show their state in the portal, require the account session for download, and are deleted after 24 hours.
